Unhappy with your purchase?  The majority of our items are owned by our vendors, which makes it extremely difficult to accept returns or offer refunds.  Few antique and vintage items come through the years without some surface wear or minor damage so we do everything we can to ensure you know the condition of the item and are happy with your purchase before you buy.   If you're interested in a perfect or museum quality items, please let us know before purchasing and we'll work with you to find the right items.

Returns and Refunds

Need your purchases shipped?  Properly crating and shipping furniture requires professional expertise.  We will work with the shipping company of your choice to ensure you receive your purchase.  We have an extensive loading dock and space for them to properly crate your items.  Just let us know when, where, and who and we'll work with you to get the job done!

Shipping

Need your purchases delivered?  We're a small business in a small town and we don't have a box truck at our disposal.  We do have some vendors that will deliver locally for a modest fee but most can't.  If you need help loading, we can help but if you need to have your purchases delivered, please ask before purchasing and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Can't pick up your item or items right away?  We can store your purchases for up to 30 days until you or someone you designate can pick up.   After 30 days, there is a fee of $5 a day per item to store your purchases.  However, our storage space is limited.  If your items are not picked up after 4 months and we haven't heard from you, they will be considered abandoned and resold or consigned.  Sorry, abandoned property and storage fees are not refundable.

Interested in purchasing?  We recommend inspecting the item in person and purchasing at our store.  If you can't come to our store to inspect and purchase a piece you want, contact us with any questions and we'll work with you via eMail and telephone during normal business hours (Mon-Sat 10 to 6 and Sun 12 to 6 EST).  eMail is preferred as we do not answer the phone when customers are at the register.  We do not ship but will work with the shipper you arrange (see below).  Phone purchases can be made with a valid credit card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa only).  Please review the photographs and our terms carefully.  All prices are before Virginia's 5.3% sales tax.
